Shipping & Order Processing
We offer standard 2-day shipping to the United States only via USPS. All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. You will receive tracking information once the order has been processed for shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of package. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our team at ciao@bartuccibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund via account credit only for a future purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost Packages
We understand that sometimes packages can go missing in transit. If you believe your package is lost, please follow these steps:

Reporting a Lost Package: Contact us at ciao@bartuccibeauty.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will open a claim with the shipping provider to investigate the whereabouts of your package.

Resolution: If USPS confirms that the package is indeed lost and cannot be located, we will offer you a replacement item or store credit for the value of the purchase (not including shipping charges).

Timeframe: The process for investigating and resolving lost packages can take 5-10 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Damaged Items Policy
In the event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing us at ciao@bartuccibeauty.com with your order number and provide a clear photo of the damaged item. We will review the issue and determine appropriate next steps.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
